We are a company involved in the manufacture of bent/curved plywood ,rubber wood polished finished seat for cafeteria chairs, moulded foams for all furnitures.
Our company was established in the year 1983. Initially, we started with the manufacturing of Tv stands and foldable toys, Gradually we started manufacturing the table tops required for our finished products.our company evolved, gradually we diverted towards the manufacturing of block boards,plywood sheets,and ultimately we started manufacturing bent plywood and moulded foams for all kind of furnitures.and today we are one of the leading manufacturers of bent plywood in India.
- We have about 15000 sq ft of manufacturing facility and additional space for storage purposes.
- We have imported machineries of very high standard and about 100 moulds of different shapes and sizes.
- All the hydraulic presses used in the unit are of high quality with high working Pressure of about 200 psi.
- We have a very good able workforce consisting of skilled labours , technicians, cutters, helpers etc.
- We have our own synthetic resin plant of 1.5 metric tonne capacity to manufacture malamine formaldehyde and pf Resin for our plywood.
- our manufacturing unit is supplied with about 500 hp of power in total .
- we have 1 acre of open land in kiadb industrial area to dry the veneer that we use in our plywoods.
